These terms govern use of the Track Tag water monitoring portal and the alert services provided by Track Tag LLC ("Track Tag," "we," "us"). By using the portal you agree to them.
Portal access is provided to Track Tag staff and to personnel at customer organizations that have purchased Track Tag monitoring equipment or services. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Track Tag devices report water level, rainfall, position, and battery data over a satellite network. The portal stores that data and presents it as dashboards, maps, graphs, reports, and alerts. Data delivery depends on satellite coverage, device condition, and third-party networks outside our control, and may be delayed or interrupted.
Alerts are a convenience and depend on devices reporting correctly and on networks delivering messages. Track Tag does not guarantee that any alert will be generated or delivered. Do not rely on alerts alone where animal welfare, safety, or property depend on a water source. Continue your normal inspection practices.
Track Tag Water Monitoring Alerts.
We send operational text alerts to Track Tag staff and to authorized personnel at customer organizations who hold a login to the Track Tag portal. Alerts report conditions at monitored water sources — for example a tank falling below a set water level, heavy rainfall at a site, or a monitoring unit that has stopped reporting. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
After your account is created, sign in and open My Settings. Enter your own mobile number in the field labeled "My cell number for text alerts," then tick the consent box beneath it, which reads "I agree to receive Track Tag Water Monitoring Alerts by text message at the number above." The number field is blank and the consent box is unticked by default. No text messages are sent to you until you enter a number and tick that box yourself, and the date and time of your consent is recorded. You then choose which alerts you want to receive. There is no public sign-up for text alerts.
Messages are event-driven and frequency varies. Most users receive a small number of messages per month. During an active weather event or an equipment problem you may receive several in a day.
Message and data rates may apply. Track Tag does not charge for the alerts; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at Support@TrackTagLLC.com or +1-775-293-8194.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text alerts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You may also stop alerts at any time by clearing your mobile number in My Settings. Opting out of text messages does not affect your email alerts or your access to the portal.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers collected for these alerts are used only to deliver the alerts described above. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and are not used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Data produced by a customer's devices belongs to that customer. Track Tag stores and processes it to provide the service. Each customer's data is kept separate, and access is limited to that customer's authorized users and to Track Tag staff providing support.
Do not share your login, attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with the service, or use the portal unlawfully. We may suspend or cancel accounts that do.
The Track Tag name, logo, portal software, and documentation are the property of Track Tag LLC. Nothing here transfers ownership of them.
Hardware warranties, if any, are stated in your purchase agreement. The portal is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Track Tag is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from delayed, missing, or inaccurate data or alerts.
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
